Walter E. Buczynski, CPSM, C.P.M., CPCM

Walter is the senior consultant and trainer of PASIA. He has over 30 years (five years in China) of key leadership roles in large and medium-size corporations and in the government. He has provided internal supply chain seminars to senior managers in China at Nokia, Emerson, Motorola, Bristol/Myer/Squibb, Home depot, Whirlpool, Dalmier/Chrysler, IBM, Cummins, and ITT. He also teacher CPSM certification seminars throughout mainland China and greater Asia His accomplishments include articles and commentary in national publications. Professionally, he has earned a Life Time C.P.M. and Life Time CPCM (Certified Professional Contracts Manager – NCMA). He continues to teach professional development courses while affiliated with the Institute of Supply Management (formerly the National Association of Purchasing Management-NAPM), and has conducted seminars and courses for the American Production Inventory Control Society (APICS), University of Southern California Los Angeles, and the University of California, Hayward. Mr. Buczynski is recognized as a subject matter expert in Strategic Sourcing, Internet Purchasing Systems, Negotiations, Procurement contracts and Purchasing Card programs. He has managed his consulting practice for supply chain improvement programs and software tools selection.
Barry Elliot

Barry has been a professional in manufacturing and distribution for more than thirty years. His experience spans many industries and many countries, which allows him to distinguish between those things that work everywhere and others that need to be quite specific to the situation. He began his career with Johnson & Johnson in Canada as an Industrial Engineer and has since gained experience across all aspects of business. After hands-on roles in industry for the first ten years of his career, he has been consulting across North America and Asia Pacific for the past twenty. Barry has implemented integrated planning processes in consumer products, food & beverage, pharmaceutical, pulp & paper, packaging, industrial products, the transport / air freight industry as well as the public sector.
